Vilak's Step to Knight

Master Fenni, Master Sable, Master Viir, and Grandmaster Infrit all came to the same conclusion after hearing about the events that happened during the rescue mission. The four of them know it is time for Padawan Vilak to become a Jedi Knight. Master Fenni bows to the masters as she goes to leave to find the padawan. Reaching out to sense his presence and locating him. Making twist and turns in the massive temple she comes short to find the Zabrak male had just finished constructing his lightsaber. Upon standing to activate it. The blade's hue shown in the room as a sage green. She could feel him at peace.



Smiling and slowly approaching him, "Padawan Vilak, the masters, myself, and the Grandmaster have agreed that you are required to ascend to the heart of the Tranquility Spire located a couple floors up tomorrow morning. There you will be for an entire day meditating and reflecting. Wait there till you are summoned." Master Fenni bows deeply in respect and leaves the room.

Jedi master Sable standing beside jedi master Fenni turns and smiles as he glares in the Zabrak's direction.

It would seem that you are about to experience a truly rare moment, Padawan Vilak. I am very honored to be here to witness it. You have made the JEDI Order stronger in the Force by each step that you have taken up to this point. (Placing his hand upon the JEDI Padawan's shoulder) Now it is up to you to do the rest.

With a nod and a bow in return, Vilak watched Master Fenni depart. He considered her words and the ramifications of such. Rising not to conjecture, he began to prepare by meditation the rest, before rising before sunrise.

After doning his Jedi attire, Vilak made his way to the Tranquility Spire. By the time the sun was rising, the Zabrak took up a position on the floor, closed his eyes, focused on his slow steady breathing, and began to meditate and reflect as instructed.

There was much to considered while his being connected with the force. Not least of which the plight of the Jedi, the galaxy, and his place in what was to come—safety and the means to continue their way of life, code, teachings and more young kings into the fold.

The door before Vilak opens to reveal a lift that is dimly lit.



The room he sees before him is of equal light as the lift and deafening as there is no sound save for the doors opening in front of him. The four masters stand in a circle, their hoods are up and mostly covering their faces. Master Fenni raises her head to look at Vilak. Raising a finger to her lips as to motion for him to stay quiet.

After thanking Master Sable and entering the room, Vilak clasped his hands behind his back and stood, quietly, regarding the four Jedi Masters. His thoughts were clear of distraction, as he waited for what was to come.

All around Vilak, lightsabers from each Master ignited. The room filled with the soft humming from each blade. The colors of blue and green danced around everyone as their sabers held with both hands in front of them. Master Fenni stood before Vilak and finally she spoke, the masters’ sabers around them lowered; "We are all Jedi. The Force speaks through us. Through our actions, the Force proclaims itself and what is real. Today we are here to acknowledge what the Force has proclaimed." The Echani Master brings her saber up and slowly lowers it to hover across each of the Zabrak's shoulders, "Vilak, by the right of the Council, by the will of the Force, I dub thee Jedi, Knight, of the Order of the Knights of Kesh."
